Refund & Exchange Policy

At Bait Al Kandora, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Please read our policy below to understand the terms of refunds and exchanges.

1. Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

Timeframe: Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with all original tags and receipts.

Eligible Items:

o Ready-made kandora

o Unworn sandals

o Accessories (e.g., caps, polos)

Ineligible Items:

o Custom-tailored kandora

o Used or worn items

o Perfumes or personal care products (due to hygiene reasons)

Note: Custom orders cannot be exchanged unless there is a defect or error on our part.

2. Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds. However, if your product is eligible for return, we will issue:

Store credit for the same value, valid for 6 months.

• Refunds will only be issued in rare cases (such as out-of-stock items or failed delivery) and will be processed to the original payment method.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the order.

• Provide clear photos and your order number.

• We will arrange for a replacement or issue store credit based on availability.4. Return Shipping

Customer-initiated exchanges: Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

Defective or incorrect products: Bait Al Kandora will cover the return shipping costs.

5. In-store Purchases vs Online Orders

The above policy applies to both online and in-store purchases. However, for in-store purchases, exchanges must be processed at the same or nearest branch.
