Terms & Conditions 

Welcome to Bait Al Kandora. Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order on our website. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following conditions:

1. Product Visualization & Accuracy

• We make every effort to ensure that product images on our website accurately represent our garments and accessories.

• The Kandora Designer tool is intended for visual guidance only. Final product colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen displays and fabric dye lots.

Slight variations in fabric tone, stitching, or design may occur due to craftsmanship and production differences, especially when orders are placed at different times.

2. Measurements & Fitting

• Body measurements you provide will be adjusted based on your selected fit (Slim, Regular, or Loose).

• If you provide kandora measurements instead of body measurements, we will follow them exactly without adjustment.

• Please allow for a standard tolerance of ±1 cm in accordance with international standards.

3. Quality & Fabric Variations

• We stand by the quality of our materials and tailoring.

• However, minor differences may occur between items made from the same fabric across different production batches due to standard variations in weaving and dyeing.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders are processed within 24 hours. Changes or cancellations must be requested before production begins.

• To request changes, please contact our team promptly at info@baitalkandora.com or call our customer care at 800 717171.

• Once the order has been processed, no further changes can be made.

5. Custom Orders

Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under international e-commerce law.

• If your custom product differs significantly from the confirmed design or measurements, we will:

o Offer a free replacement or

o Issue a full refund including return shipping (using the lowest-cost method).

6. Exchange & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

• Return/exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Eligible only if:

o The product has a defect in material or workmanship

o The final product does not match the confirmed measurements or style

Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:

• Custom-tailored kandoras (unless defective)

• Perfumes or personal care products

• Rush orders or express services

• Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered

Process:

• Email info@baitalkandora.com or call 800 717171 to request return authorization.

• Use original packaging and ensure all previous shipping labels are removed or covered.

• Refunds will be issued exclusively via bank transfer.

• Returns within the UAE may incur shipping and 5% VAT charges.

7. Remake Policy (Fit Issues)

• If your custom kandora doesn’t fit due to incorrect measurements provided by you, we can offer you alteration free of cost if the changes are possible to do. For international customers, freight charges and custom duty will be born by the customers.

8. Payment Terms

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express (AED only).

• Customer name must match the cardholder’s name for online transactions.

• All transactions are processed securely.9. International Orders & Customs Duties

• Customs duties and import taxes may apply and vary by country.

• These fees are not controlled or charged by Bait Al Kandora and are the customer’s responsibility.

• Customs fees are non-refundable once charged.

• Refused deliveries may be refunded minus delivery, return, and applicable VAT costs.

10. Legal Compliance

• Bait Al Kandora does not trade with or ship to OFAC-sanctioned countries in accordance with UAE law.

• The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile, and any disputes are governed by UAE law.

11. Policy Updates

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website.
